Abstract
ABSTRACT This final project has been working on Decission Support System Application to recommend appropriate selection majors for high school students by using Fuzzy AHP metho. Fuzzy AHP is a combination of AHP methods and Fuzzy Method. Fuzzy types are Triangular Fuzzy Number. Furthermore, fuzzy values are defined for each alternative on each criterion using linear membership functions, up, down and triangle as an approach to obtain the membership degree. DSS that have good quality input will give good interpretation output. Therefore, the input characteristics must be considered by reviewers in terms of characteristics in terms of values and interests of students. The system can provide the results of recommendations to students based on their talents, interests and abilities by using Fuzzy AHP method. Results output from this system of ranking departments based on the recommendations talents, interests and abilities. Keywords : FUZZY AHP, Decission Support System, Department Recommendation
