Abstract
Along with the development of increasingly rapid technological, a game can�t be played on stand alone PC only. With a network computer, a game can be played in multiplayer. Where a game can be played by many players at the same time in different places. Multiplayer program Tic Tac Toe is a simple program that can eliminate saturation. Tic Tac Toe Game consists of 3 rows and 3 columns. The winner is determined by the player who first formed a line that consists of 3 boxes. The line can be horizontal, vertical, or diagonal. In addition are presented in the form of multiplayer, Tic Tac Toe also presented in the form of the computer. Tic Tac Toe Game built using PHP as a web server, Javascript, and MySQL as the database.
