Abstract
Daily Activity that the employee�s do in university become a long and difficult process when the employee do their activity in the outside of university. It because the employee will have a difficulties to entry their activity that oftenly do in university. Then, it will be difficult for the manager to know that his employee�s activity has been complete or not and how difficult the manager to confirm the complete employee�s activity. Therefore, we make a Daily Activity system that can help the employees to do their activity outside of university and their activity data can be sent through cell phone into server, and the manager can confirm the complete employee�s activity too. So, the process of entry the data will become more flexible and efficient. The result of this system is the output from server to the user who send the input of data that is SMS format that have been determined. This software is made by using Oracle database and JAVA and J2ME as the language programming.
