    Abstract

    In medicine there has been electrocardiograph (ECG) which serves to show the human heartbeat signals. Technological developments so that the electrocardiograph (ECG) is increasingly rapidly, the patients do not need to use skin electrodes are placed or the stick at the position the human heart. To replace the skin electrode is used infra-red transmitter (ired) or the led is red and light receiver dependent resistor (LDR). Where is the red led will be placed on the fingertip, to get the heart rate is due to the workings of red led to light-reflecting surface of the finger and will be received by the light dependent resistor (LDR). Data derived from light dependent resistor (LDR) was then processed using a filter with the cut-off frequency of the corresponding conditioning circuit and the right signal, then the resulting data can be a good heartbeat. Furthermore the heart rate data is calculated in less time (minutes), then the resulting heart rate in units of beats per minute (bpm). Makers of human heart rate data after the activity, can be done anywhere. Because the tool is planned which will try to make a practical tool and easy to carry anywhere. And we also can know the heart rate heart rate is normal or not normal when it was taken after the activity. It is expected that this tool can help medical experts in analyzing the patient's heart condition with ease of installation of sensors and heart rate are graphically depicted.
