Abstract

At this time, getting a job that suitable with our skill is very difficult, for example if we want to become employee in a big company, there are a lot of demands from the big company. One of them, the employee have to be ability or skill full people than others, for this reason the Management Training Center PENS ITS Surabaya want to help you in solving of this problem, by opening some training which possible can help to have some skills so you can compete in getting a better job. In This Time Management Training Center PENS ITS Surabaya has opened registration for new training, that prepare people in getting a job. Management Training Center PENS ITS Surabaya have created Information System which can accessing various circle anywhere and whenever. All information for training type example ( Oracle ( OWDP), Design Website, Digital Electronics, CISCO ( CCNA / CNAP), Macromedia Flash, Java Programming Language, Fuzzy Logic, Computer Networking, Admin Network Computer, 3D Studio Max). And Program Development Character SDM example : ( Organizational And Management Leadership and Liaison and Communications Mass) have been submitted in the Information System, all that for the shake of fluency process and accuracy data training participant and taken training program by participant that suitable with the database, and also to quicken this Information System performance execution process. The hope of Management Training Center PENS ITS Surabaya after following this training program you can to get better job with your competence and can create job field by yourself, more if, you can create job field for the others, because this time still a lot of unemployment in Indonesia, so that we can help government to lessen poorness and unemployment in Indonesia.
