    Abstract

    The Final Project equipment is working to maximize the cement industry. One of kind that we maximize is the sound sensor and the dc motor is used as a booster to beat Ball Mill materials cement . With 12 Vdc battery voltage is connected with the Boost Converter to be raised to 24 Vdc. Boost Converter to work on the 40 kHz switching frequency with a wide balance of 50%. Boost converter output voltage. Boost converter output voltage at the End of jobs is used as the source for the dc motor as a booster Ball Mill. By using a 3 kg load currents of 2.5 A and the battery output current 3-4 A, with the capacity of 12 Ah battery can play Ball Mill for 1-2 hours.
