    Abstract

    Bottled beverage industry is currently growing many types and variety. Beverage products packaged in bottles are filled through the machine automatically. However, in reality still often found that the filling machine is unable to fill in the exact same volume. This may occur because of damage to the valve system or the electrical voltage fluctuations or human error. Therefore, companies need to use a quality control system so that the volume filling of bottles as same as with each other The final project is designed and manufactured a machine controller in the filling level of quality beverage products packaged in bottles using a digital microscope. Where parameter is the height of the surface-controlled beverages in bottles. Through this filling level can be known volume of beverage in the bottle so that it can be calculated quality characteristics [2] [5]. Bottles filled with bottles of good will to go to the place prepared and ready to marketed. Whereas bottle that is not fully filled will be sorted or moved to another conveyor for improved volume. The manufacture of hardware such as mechanical conveyors are equipped with a digital microscope, the surface height measurements using image processing method beverages [1], [4] through the use of the digital microscope. While microcontroller ATmega16 [3] as a control would make the process of reading data by comparing the appropriate data and not in accordance with the data is already standard (used as parameters). From the resuls of measurement at 06.00, 11.00, 16.00 is got as same as error score measurements (mean percentage error measurements 2.48%, 1.78%, 2.42% ). And if a measurements to other bottle drinks which the colour are transparent (bottle drink as same as colour with bottle) are got more error value measurements 3.96%.
