    Abstract

ABSTRACT Synchronization generator in the distribution of electric energy currently required to obtain greater power. Some problems arise when we want a generator that we built to be synchronized to another generator, which is common voltage, frequency, there is no difference in phase angle and phase sequence. One solution to these problems is the use of the synchronizer that can automatically synchronize the generator to another generator, especially in lab-TST. At the end of the project is used PLC (Zelio) as the main control and detection parameters are needed, namely the frequency, voltage and phase difference. The use of sensors that can detect the parameters of synchronous as well as additional controller can be arranged into a system that is reliable and helps the synchronization process that previously were manual. In testing each section not found a big problem. Voltage sensors provide a linear current value of the voltage measurement 0-400 v. Frequency of sensor readings also has a linear value starting 41-59 Hz. But problems arise when the system integration and testing of synchronous. The results of this synchronization a first contactor relay ON state, second contactor relay ON state when the voltage parameters at 380 V, frequency at 50 Hz, the same phase sequence, and there is no phase angle difference between the two generators. Keywords: synchronal parameters, controllers, sensors.
