    Abstract

    Stress is a common response to the demands on the body. These demands are the necessity to conform, and it causes the body's balance disturbed. Today, stress is not only experienced by older people, but also experienced in people younger. Stress also affects the condition of the body. If the stress, the body will conduct an integrated reaction fatherly melwan stressor. These reactions include increased heart rate, blood pressure rises, breathing becomes rapid, and the skin will issue a cold sweat. Stress detector works based on changes in body condition by using the GSR sensor to determine the heart rate and skin conductivity to detect changes of heart rate, which then results will be compared with DASS42 which is one measure psychological stress. And this tool is made portable so it can be taken anywhere. Expected to be able to detect the condition of a person better. This instrument output are normal, mild stress, and sever stress.
